Exchange Policy
At The Set Couture, every piece is designed with intention and produced in limited quantities. We carefully inspect all orders before shipment to ensure the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
We currently offer exchange only within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging must be intact
The exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order
The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
Please note:
We do not offer refunds at this time
Exchanges are subject to product availability
Shipping fees are non-refundable
The Set Couture reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the conditions above
Exchange Process
The exchange process requires two simple steps:
1. Submit Your Exchange Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
2. Return the Item
Return the relevant item(s) in the same condition as supplied, including original packaging and invoice.
Once the item passes inspection, your exchange will be processed based on product availability.
Exchange Processing Timeline
Our exchange process is conducted in simple stages:
Pick-Up or Return Shipment
Please allow approximately 2–4 business days to arrange item collection or receive return instructions.
Inspection & Processing
Please allow up to 7 business days for quality inspection and exchange approval once the item is received.
Exchange Completion
Once approved, your replacement item will be shipped based on availability and delivery timelines.
Important Notes
Exchanges are available only for eligible items within the approved timeframe
Items damaged through misuse, wear, or improper handling may not qualify for exchange
During holidays or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer than usual
